A maker of sculptural and figurative ceramic, Sharon Regan’s work reflects a fascination with the contradiction of fragility and strength found within the human condition and nature.
Specialising in equestrian subjects, Sharon uses clay and hay to achieve the fragile appearance of the surface.
Her figurative pieces go through the trauma of smoke and raku firing.
She has a BA in Contemporary Applied Arts from the University of Ulster.
