Simple Patchwork Quilt in a Day

Sat 06 May 2017 – Sat 06 May 2017

Come along and learn how to make a simple quilt. You will be guided step by step, learning simple quilting techniques as we go along. At the end of the day you will go home with a gorgeous quilt which will be the perfect size for snuggling up on the sofa or perhaps a summer picnic for laying on the lawn. First you will choose your fabric and choice of colour scheme. Then you will sew all the patchwork pieces together before putting on some wadding and a backing fabric. If you can sew a straight line and have basic sewing machine skills this workshop is for you!. Please bring along a sewing machine. If you don't have one please inquire at time of booking and one may be available for you to use.
