The successful candidate for this senior level appointment will:

lead a team responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of the Crafts Council of Ireland’s Education Awareness, Skills Training and Enterprise Development strategies.
work closely with many stakeholders including the various education sectors, craft enterprises, government departments and the public.
have a proven career background in education and/or training and be educated to degree level. An understanding of accreditation of education and training programmes would be desirable.
