Glass Artist in Residence Call - CIT Crawford College of Art & Design, Cork
Artists who work primarily with glass are invited to apply to be Artist-in-Residence in the Glass Department of CIT Crawford College of Art & Design, Cork for a 4 – 8 week duration beginning mid - September 2019. Whether you are an established artist or an emerging artist this is a great opportunity to explore a new direction in your practice or simply a chance to work in a new environment.
The selected artist will have an assigned studio space with access to all the facilities listed below:
Flat- bed grinder
Table saw
Ring saw
Press drill
Engraving lathe
Sandblaster
Wet polisher
Kilns
Artists are asked to submit:
- proposal outlining their statement of intent
- a short bio (max 200 words)
- an artist statement (max 200 words)
- Up to date CV
