Arts Council of Northern Ireland

The Arts Council is the lead development agency for the arts in Northern Ireland. They are the main support for artists and arts organisations, offering a broad range of funding opportunities through our Exchequer and National Lottery funds.

Supporting Get Creative

Get Creative is a major celebration of the nation’s arts, culture and creativity. Led by BBC Arts and What’s Next? in collaboration with a huge range ofarts, cultural and voluntary organisations, everyone is invited to get involved and share their creative talents. Craft NI are pleased to take on the role of Get Creative Champion.

Tourism Northern Ireland

NITB is an non-departmental public body of the Department of Enterprise Trade and Investment. Its primary objective is to promote Northern Ireland as a tourist destination. It provides a service to the public for information on tourist destinations within Northern Ireland, public transport, accommodation and the various tourist attractions throughout Northern Ireland. It's public facing website is Discover Northern Ireland. It also works closely with Tourism Ireland.

Ulster University

The School of Art and Design offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses including Fashion and Textile Design and Applied Arts, which encompasses Ceramics, Textile Art, Silversmithing and Jewellery. It also has a range of postgraduate courses including MA Multidisciplinary Design, MA Art in Public and MDes Textile Material Product.

Craft NI works with NMNI for itsC3 - Collecting Contemporary Craftprogramme andAugust Craft Month.
